PAYMENT POLICY



Make your payment only after checking availability of jewellery article. Payment will be processed at our shop. We accept payment via Paypal, All major debit/credit cards, bank transfer and Kusuz Gift Certificates on all orders. Please make payment at the time of purchase only after receiving stock confirmation. If no payment is received after order placed, the transaction will unfortunately be cancelled.


If you ordered from Cherished Moments - personalized custom made to your requirement, please feel free to contact us. We will only be able to process order, after payment have cleared.


For all International orders: Duties and Taxes will be paid by all Individuals. I will not be responsible.

All items are carefully either wrapped in acid free tissue paper before being placed in an organza pouch, or boxed. They are then sealed in an airtight plastic bag and mailed in a padded envelope to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition.

Gift boxes are available with some addition cost.


All orders of Cherished Moments will come in gift box..


To save on costs (and the environment! ) multiple orders will usually be placed in one pouch/ box where possible, unless on individual request.


Insurance Options:

All orders are sent by Royal Mail and are insured, in the event that the package is lost or damaged en-route. If an item has not reached you with in the standard stated delivery period after being marked as dispatched, or is damaged upon receipt, please contact us straight away. This will allow us to start the claims process quickly. For items which are damaged in transit, Royal Mail will require the item to kept, so that they can assess the damage. Photographs taken as soon as possible after arrival will be very helpful in expediting the claim.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns:

You will need to visit the KUSUZ store where the item(s) were purchased in order to receive a refund. A valid proof of purchase must be presented within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new (This excludes item made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalized items and KUSUZ Gift certificates). Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Multi-brandedretailers and stockists will adhere to their own refund policy . This does not affect your statutory rights.

The amount refundable will be put back on to a gift certificate. 


Exchange:

KUSUZ is happy to exchange any items purchased from KUSUZ store. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price. Pierces earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygieneand safety. Multi-brandedretailers and stockists will adhere to their own refund policy . This does not affect your statutory rights.
